VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING DROWNING VICTEMS

As a little boy drowned in Yanbu, KSA, recently, I wanted to tell you this story as it may be a cause for saving one of your loved ones in case they drowned while you are near them.
I was visiting a neighboring country one day and was sitting in the hotel lobby. I heard a man screaming. He was carrying a little boy in his arms.. He was his son and he just drowned in the hotel’s swimming pool during a moment when his parents were not paying any attention.
The man was frantically looking for someone to save him as he did not know what to do. Allah (God) Almighty willed that an experienced doctor was in the lobby. The doctor held the boy up from his feet, while tilting the boy’s head to the bottom. He did that for approximately five minutes. Everyone stood around watching nervously and wondering whether life was going to return to the child.

After one or two more minutes passed, the child remarkably started coughing, the water that filled his lungs came out, and he started crying. He was breathing again! The father took him… safe and alive. Thank God Almighty there was a doctor present who did took the correct action.
This story is opposite to the sad story concerning a child who drowned in our neighborhood a while back. A little boy drowned in a deep hole filled with water. He was pulled out and was taken to the nearby hospital. Unfortunately, a not-so-qualified doctor was there, and unfortunately, he took the wrong action for drowning. He started trying to revive him with oxygen even though the child’s lungs were still filled with water instead of getting the water out first! 
 
Thank God I actually told the story to many people, and one person who learned this procedure told me that one day, while he was walking on the Industrial Yanbu Cornish, he saw a crowd of people who had a little girl with them who just passed out after drowning. Before he reached them, he shouted that they should lower her upper body and head while raising her legs up. They did, and, when he got to them, she started coughing and breathing again.
