Angelina Jolie Stays With Colombian Expatriates In Ecuador
Angelina Jolie, Hollywood Actress stayed with expatriates who suffer from the aggression in Colombia and spoke of their troubles with Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa, in her responsibility as Goodwill diplomat for the UN High Commissioner for expatriates.
Jolie and Correa visited for half-an-hour in Shushufindi, a metropolis in the Amazon jungle close to the boundary with Colombia those residences thousands of expatriates from the adjacent realm, the president’s office said in a proclamation.
“We spoke about the refugees,” Correa afterward told reporters after his get-together with Jolie. He told the UNHCR could reckon on Ecuador’s support in coping with the influx of refugees.

The United Nations is observing June 20 as World Refugee Day.
