US & UK Involves Behind Mosque Blasts:Iran

Iran has charged the United States and Britain for sustaining Jundullah, the Sunni nationalist group, which behind the double blasts that killed 28 and wounded 167 people at a mosque in Zahedan.

According to The Guardian, Iran assumed that “hardline Wahabis and Salafis trained by the CIA in Pakistan” were at the back the bombings. Iran has maintained Rigi admitted that the US had guaranteed him of infinite support and funding for the waging an rebellion against the Islamic republic.

Nevertheless, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has shorn of accusations tha it has been supporting the Sunni separatist group. US and Britain, which are at likelihood with Iran over its contentious nuclear programme, have issued proclamation reproving the attacks.

The Shia parishioners were commemorating the birthday of the prophet Muhammad’s grandson Hussein when the first bomb detonated, followed by a second explosion that took place 15 minutes later as people hurried to help. Earlier, Jundullah had claimed liability for a twofold suicide bomb blast at the mosque.

Meanwhile, Iran has promised to search for Jundullah or “the soldiers of God” as they entitle themselves, after it claimed that it carried out the bombings in retribution for the implementation of the group’s imprisoned leader Abdulmalik Rigi, in June, after he was detained in Pakistan and extradited to Iran.

Meanwhile, Iran has declared three days of bereavement. General Hossein Salami, deputy commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, has claimed that the victims “were martyred by the hands of mercenaries of the US and UK”. Ali Mohammad Azad, governor of Sistan-Baluchestan province, blamed “the intelligence services of arrogant powers.”

The report states that Jundullah’s website showed photos of two suicide bombers, who were identified as Mohammad and Mujahid Rigi, apparently members of the leader’s clan.

FM Is Ready To Visit India If There Would Be Consequential Negotiations

Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Foreign Minister announced that he would be ready to visit India only if he is guaranteed that the bordering country had the intent to hold significant and result-oriented discourse, otherwise he is not actually loving of taking a tourist excursion.

“I had never said that Indian external minister repeatedly went out during meeting to receive instructions from Delhi,” Shah Mehmood Qureshi said in an unofficial talk here at Foreign Office.

He held some radical forces in India are against booming Indo-Pak talks.

“Pakistan was willing to hold a frank and candid dialogue on all issues but India had a limited agenda,” the Foreign Minister maintained.

He said that India frequently talks about violence but it may be kept in mind that Pakistan has been playing a leading edge task in war on terror which is recognized by the world at large.

Aptani Women

Women of the Apatani Tribe, in India’s Apatani plateau, are famous for the bizarre nose plugs they’ve been wearing since times long passed. The Apatani, or Tani, are a tribal group of about 60,000 members, often praised for their extremely efficient agriculture, performed without animals or machinery. They have no written record of their history, and traditions are passed down orally, from generation to generation.

One tradition that is quickly fading into the mist of time is the traditional Apatani nose plugs, worn by most of the elder women in the tribe. There was once a time when every woman had to wear these bizarre accessories, but since the middle of the 20th century, the custom began to die. According to the Apatani, the nose plug was born as a way of protecting the women of the tribe. Apparently, Apatani women have always been considered the most beautiful among the Arunachal tribes, their villages were constantly raided by neighboring tribes, and the women kidnapped.

To make themselves unattractive to the other tribes, Apatani women began wearing these hideous nose plugs and tattooing their faces with a horizontal line from the forehead to the tip of the nose, and five lines on their chins. Let’s face it, that turns off any raider in search of beautiful women to have his way with.

But the tradition of the Apatani nose plug hasn’t been practiced by any woman born after 1970, and as time passes, this custom will probably soon be forgotten. Well, at least we still have the Ethiopian lip plug.

The Month of Rajab

1) Summary for those who don’t have enough time to go thru the entire article that follows

1. Celebration of Lailatul Mi’raj

It is generally believed that the great event of Mi’raj, (ascension of the Holy Prophet(Sallalay wa alayi wa sallam) to the heavens) took place in the night of 27th of Rajab. Therefore, some people celebrate the night as “Lailatul- Mi’raj” (the night of ascension to heavens).

Indeed, the event of mi’raj was one of the most remarkable episodes in the life of our beloved Holy Prophet. He was called by Almighty Allah. The Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet did not prescribe any festival or any celebration to commemorate an event from the past, however remarkable it might have been. Eid-ul-Fitr has been prescribed after the fasts of Ramadan, while Eid-ul-Adha has been fixed when the Muslims perform the Hajj annually. (1) We cannot say with absolute certainty in which night the great event of Mi’raj took place. Although some traditions relate this event to 27th night of the month of Rajab, yet there are other traditions that suggest other dates. Al-Zurqani, the famous biographer of the Holy Prophet has referred to five different views in this respect: Rabi-ul-Awwal, Rabi-u-Thani, Rajab, Ramadan and Shawwal. No one can prove that the Holy Prophet ever performed some specific modes of worship in a night calling it the ‘Lailatul-mi’raj’ or advised his followers to commemorate the event in a particular manner.

(3) After the demise of the Holy Prophet also, no one of his companions is reported to celebrate this night as a night of special acts of worship. They were the true devotees of the Holy Prophet  and had devoted their lives to preserve every minute detail of the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet and other Islamic teachings. Had it been a commendable practice to celebrate this night, the exact date of this event would have been preserved accurately by the Ummah and the Holy Prophet and his blessed companions would have given specific directions for it.

Being mindful of this serious warning, we should appreciate that the 27th night of the month of Rajab is not like ‘Lailatul-Qadr’ or ‘Lailatul-Bara’ah’ for which special merits have been mentioned expressly either y the Holy Qur’an or by the Holy Prophet .

However, all the recognized modes of ‘ibadah (worship) like Salat, recitation of the Holy Qur’an, dhikr, etc. are commendable any time, especially in the late hours of night, and obviously the 27th night of Rajab is not an exception. Similarly, it is not a correct practice to celebrate this night collectively and to invite people to special ritual congregations.

(4) Some people suggest some special modes of worship to be performed in this night. It is believed by some that the Muslims should keep fast on 27th of Rajab.

Sacrifice (Qurbani) in the month of Rajab

In a tradition of Sayyidna Abu Hurairah, Radi-Allahu anhu, reported by both al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Holy Prophet has said: “Fara’ is nothing and ‘Atirah is nothing.”

Since the Holy Prophet stopped both these customs, ‘Atirah is no longer a recognized practice.

‘Umrah in the month of Rajab

Ibn ‘Abidin, the well-known scholar of the Islamic jurisprudence, has mentioned that the people of Makkah (in his days) used to perform ‘umrah in the month of Rajab. Then Ibn Abidin himself has rejected the authenticity of this practice, because no tradition of the Holy Prophet  is found to this effect. Conversely Sayyidah ‘Aishah, Radi-Allahu anha, has expressly negated the presumption by saying that the Holy Prophet  never performed an ‘umrah in the month of Rajab (Sahih Muslim 1:409)

According to the custom of such people, this Salat is performed in the night of first Friday of the month of Eajab.

 Distribution of Breads:

This custom has two different shapes.

1). In some communities, this custom is celebrated on 17th of Rajab on the assumption that Sayyidna Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, was born on 11th of Rajab and the 17th of Rajab is the day on which his ‘Aqiqa (Shaving of his head) was performed. 2). A more common practice of this type is observed on 22nd of Rajab whereby some breads and meals of a special type are prepared and distributed among the people. It is usually believed that the custom is designed to make ‘isal-al-thawab to the soul of Sayyidna Jafar Al-Sadiq who himself has directed his followers to observe this custom and has promised them that whoever observes it, his desires will be fulfilled.

No specific event of the life of Sayyidna Jafar al-Sadiq is proved to have happened on this date. The people believing in the custom refer to a coined story mentioned in an unauthentic book named “Dastaan-e-Ajeeb”.

It was 22nd of Rajab. If someone wants to make “‘isal-al-thawab” to Sayyidna ‘Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, or to Ja’far al-Sadiq, he can do it any day and by performing any act of worship, like Salat, Fast, Sadaqah, dhikr etc. Moreover, if a person does not observe this practice, they reproach him and call him with bad names. Such behavior makes this custom a bid’ah which is condemned by the Holy Prophet  as a misguidance.

Rajab is the seventh month in the Islamic lunar calendar. This month was regarded as one of the sacred months (Al-Ashhur-al-hurum) in which battles were prohibited in the days of the Holy Prophet . It is also a prelude to the month of Ramadan, because Ramadan follows it after the intervening month of Sha’ban. Therefore, when the Holy Prophet   sighted the moon of Rajab, he used to pray to Allah in the following words:

“O Allah, make the months of Rajab and Sha’ban blessed for us, and let us reach the month of Ramadan (i.e. prolong our life up to Ramadan, so that we may benefit from its merits and blessings).”

Yet no specific way of worship has been prescribed by the Shari’ah in this month. However, some people have invented some special rituals or practices in this month, which are not supported by reliable resources of the Shari’ah or are based on some unauthentic traditions. We would like to explain here the correct position about them.

1. Celebration of Lailatul Mi’raj

It is generally believed that the great event of Mi’raj (ascension of the Holy Prophet   to the heavens) took place in the night of 27th of Rajab. Therefore, some people celebrate the night as “Lailatul- Mi’raj” (the night of ascension to heavens).

Indeed, the event of mi’raj was one of the most remarkable episodes in the life of our beloved Holy Prophet . He was called by Almighty Allah. He traveled from Makkah to Baitul-Maqdis and from there he ascended the heavens through the miraculous power of Allah. He was honored with a direct contact with his Creator at a place where even the angels had no access. This was the unique honor conferred by Allah to the Holy Prophet   alone. It was the climax of the spiritual progress which is not attained by anybody except him. No doubt the night in which he was blessed with this unparalleled honor was one of the greatest nights in the history of this world.

But, Islam has its own principles with regard to the historic and religious events. Its approach about observing festivals and celebrating days and nights is totally different from the approach of other religions. The Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet   did not prescribe any festival or any celebration to commemorate an event from the past, however remarkable it might have been. Instead, Islam has prescribed two annual celebrations only. One is Eid-ul-Fitr and the other is Eid ul-Adha. Both of these festivals have been fixed at a date on which the Muslims accomplish a great ‘ibadah (worship) every year. Eid-ul-Fitr has been prescribed after the fasts of Ramadan, while Eid-ul-Adha has been fixed when the Muslims perform the Hajj annually. None of these two eids is designed to commemorate a particular event of the past which has happened in these dates. This approach is indicative of the fact that the real occasion for a happy celebration is the day in which the celebrators themselves have accomplished remarkable work through their own active effort. As for the accomplishments of our ancestors, their commemoration should not be restricted to a particular day or night. Instead, their accomplishments must be remembered every day in the practical life by observing their teachings and following the great examples they have set for us.

Keeping this principle in view, the following points should be remembered with regard to the “Lailatul-mi’raj”:

(1) We cannot say with absolute certainty in which night the great event of mi’raj took place. Although some traditions relate this event to 27th night of the month of Rajab, yet there are other traditions that suggest other dates. Al-Zurqani, the famous biographer of the Holy Prophet   has referred to five different views in this respect: Rabi-ul-Awwal, Rabi-u-Thani, Rajab, Ramadan and Shawwal. Later, while discussing different traditions, he has added a sixth opinion, that the mi’raj took place in the month of Zulhijjah.

Allama Abdulhaq Muhaddith Dehlawi, the well-known scholar of the Indian subcontinent, has written a detailed book on the merits of Islamic months. While discussing the ‘Lailatul-mi’raj’ has mentioned that most of the scholars are of the view that the event of mi’raj took place in the month of Ramadan or in Rabi-ul-awwal.

(2) It is also not known in which year the event of Mi’raj took place. The books of history suggest a wide range between the fifth-year and the twelfth year after the Holy Prophet   was entrusted with prophethood.

Now, if it is assumed that the event of Mi’raj took place in the fifth year of his prophethood, it will mean that the Holy Prophet remained in this world for eighteen years after this event. Even if it is presumed that the mi’raj took place in the twelfth year of his prophethood, his remaining life-time after this event would be eleven years. Throughout this long period, which may range between eleven years and eighteen years, the Holy Prophet   never celebrated the event of mi’raj, nor did he give any instruction about it. No one can prove that the Holy Prophet   ever performed some specific modes of worship in a night calling it the ‘Lailatul-mi’raj’ or advised his followers to commemorate the event in a particular manner.

(3) After the demise of the Holy Prophet   also, no one of his companions is reported to celebrate this night as a night of special acts of worship. They were the true devotees of the Holy Prophet   and had devoted their lives to preserve every minute detail of the sunnah of the Holy Prophet   and other Islamic teachings. Still, they did not celebrate the event of mi’raj in a particular night in a particular way.

All these points go a long way to prove that the celebration of the 27th night of Rajab, being the lailatul-mi’raj has no basis in the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet   or in the practice of his noble companions. Had it been a commendable practice to celebrate this night, the exact date of this event would have been preserved accurately by the Ummah and the Holy Prophet and his blessed companions would have given specific directions for it.

Therefore, it is not a Sunnah to celebrate the Lailatul-mi’raj’. We cannot declare any practice as a sunnah unless it is established through authentic sources that the Holy Prophet   or is noble Companions have recognized it as such, otherwise it may become a bid’ah about which the Holy Prophet   has observed in the following words: “Whoever invents something in our religion which is not a part of it, it is to be rejected.”

Therefore, if someone performs any recognized ‘ibadah in this night from this point of view nothing can stop him from doing so, and he will be entitled to the thawab (reward allocated for that recognized ‘ibadah insha-Allah.) But it is not permissible to believe that performing ‘ibadah in this night is more meritorious or carries more thawab like ‘Lailatul-qadr’ or ‘Lailatul-bara’ah’, because this belief is not based on any authentic verse or on a sunnah of the Holy Prophet . Similarly, it is not a correct practice to celebrate this night collectively and to invite people to special ritual congregations.

(4) Some people suggest some special modes of worship to be performed in this night. Since no special mode of worship is prescribed by the Shari’ah in this night, these suggestions are devoid of any authority and should not be acted upon.

It is believed by some that the Muslims should keep fast on 27th of Rajab. Although there are some traditions attributing special merits to the fast of this day yet the scholars of hadith have held these traditions as very weak and unauthentic reports which cannot be sufficient to establish a rule of Shari’ah. On the contrary, there is an authentic report that Sayyidna ‘Umar, Radi-Allahu anhu, used to forbid people from fasting on this day, rather to compel them to eat if they had started fasting.

It should be borne in mind here that a “nafl” fast can be observed any day (except the six prohibited days of the year); therefore, fasting on 27th of Rajab is not prohibited in itself. What is prohibited is the belief that fasting on this day is more meritorious than fasting in other normal days. One should not fast in this day with this belief. But if someone fasts therein, believing it to be a normal nafl fast, there is no bar against it.

Sacrifice (qurbani) in the month of Rajab

In the days of ignorance (jahiliyyah) the Arabs used to offer the sacrifice of a goat in the month of Rajab. This sacrifice used to be called “Atirah’ or ‘Rajabiyyah’. This sacrifice was offered in the name of different so-called gods and their icons. In the beginning of Islam, this custom was retained, but the Muslims modified it by offering the sacrifice of ‘Atirah in the name of Allah instead of the false gods. But finally, this custom was abandoned and the Holy Prophet   prohibited the offering of ‘Atirah. In a tradition of Sayyidna Abu Hurairah, Radi-Allahu anhu, reported by both al-Bukhari and Muslim, the Holy Prophet   has said: “Fara’ is nothing and ‘Atirah is nothing.”

Abu Hurairah, Radi-Allahu anhu, has explained in the same tradition that ‘Fara” was the first child of a she-camel. Whenever a she-camel delivered its first child, the Arabs used to sacrifice it in the name of their so-called gods, while the ‘Atirah’ was a goat used to be sacrificed in the month of Rajab. Since the Holy Prophet   stopped both these customs, ‘Atirah is no longer a recognized practice.

‘Umrah in the month of Rajab

Ibn ‘Abidin, the well-known scholar of the Islamic jurisprudence, has mentioned that the people of Makkah (in his days) used to perform ‘umrah in the month of Rajab. Perhaps they believed that performing ‘umrah in this month is more meritorious than in other months. Then Ibn Abidin himself has rejected the authenticity of this practice, because no tradition of the Holy Prophet   is found to this effect. Conversely Sayyidah ‘Aishah, Radi-Allahu anha, has expressly negated the presumption by saying that the Holy Prophet   never performed an ‘umrah in the month of Rajab (Sahih Muslim 1:409)

However, Ibn ‘Aibidin has quoted a narration that ‘Abdullah ibn Zubair, Radi-Allahu anhu, completed the renovation of Ka’bah shortly before 27th of Rajab, and as a sign of gratefulness he performed ‘umrah and slaughtered some animals. But this report cannot form the basis of a recognized annual practice, firstly because the report is not very authentic, and secondly because it does not mention that Abdullah ibn Zubair, Radi-Allahu anhu, had adopted it as a continuing practice. At the most, he performed ‘umrah once as a sign of gratefulness on the completion of Ka’bah. It does not mean that he performed it as a characteristic of the month of Rajab. Therefore, performing ‘Umrah in this month is like performing it in any other month and no special merit can be attached to it merely because it has been performed in the month of Rajab.

The Salat of “Ragha’ib”

Another special mode of worship attributed by some people to this month is the Salat of Raghai’b. According to the custom of such people, this Salat is performed in the night of first Friday of the month of Eajab. The Salat of Raghaib is said to consist of twelve rak’ats to be performed in pairs with six salams, and in each rak’at the surah al-qadr is recited three times followed by the Surah-al-ikhlas. This type of Salat is also not based on any sound source of Shari’ah. Therefore, almost all the jurists and scholars of Shari’ah have held that the Salat of Raghaib is a baseless practice and it is not permissible to treat it as a recognized practice of this month. It is true that there is a tradition, narrated by Razin, the author of a book of hadith, which attributes the origin of this practice to the Holy Prophet but almost all the scholars of the science of hadith have held it to be absolutely unauthentic. Therefore, no importance can be attached to it.

Distribution of Breads:

Another baseless practice in the month of Rajab is that the people bake special types of breads and, after reciting some verses and prayers on them, distribute them among their friends and neighbors. This custom has two different shapes.

1). In some communities, this custom is celebrated on 17th of Rajab on the assumption that Sayyidna Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, was born on 11th of Rajab and the 17th of Rajab is the day on which his ‘Aqiqa (Shaving of his head) was performed. In order to celebrate this happy event, the breads of some special type are prepared and after reciting Surah Al-Mulk on them, they are distributed among the relatives and friends. These breads are generally called “breads of Tabarak” because Surah Al-Mulk is usually recited on them.

This practice is baseless because it is never proved that Sayyidna Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, was born on 11th of Rajab or that his Aqiqa was performed on 17th of this month and, as explained earlier, even if these events are proved to have happened in those days, their commemoration through these specific rituals is not warranted by the Shari’ah.

2). A more common practice of this type is observed on 22nd of Rajab whereby some breads and meals of a special type are prepared and distributed among the people. Since these special meals are usually placed in some bowls made of clay, the custom is usually known as “Koonda”, an Urdu equivalent of such bowls. It is usually believed that the custom is designed to make ‘isal-al-thawab to the soul of Sayyidna Jafar Al-Sadiq who himself has directed his followers to observe this custom and has promised them that whoever observes it, his desires will be fulfilled.

All these assumptions also have no basis at all, neither historically, nor according to the principles of Shari’ah. In fact, the date of 22nd of Rajab has no concern whatsoever with Sayyidna Jafar al-Sadiq, Rahimah-u-Allah. According to the historians, he was born on 8th of Ramadan 80 A.H. and died in Shawwal 148 A.H. No specific event of the life of Sayyidna Jafar al-Sadiq is proved to have happened on this date. The people believing in the custom refer to a coined story mentioned in an unauthentic book named “Dastaan-e-Ajeeb”.

Briefly stated, the gist of the story is that a poor woodcutter lived in Madinah in the days of Jafar Al-Sadiq. He went abroad to earn his livelihood. His wife was employed in the house of the Prime Minister. Once she was cleaning the courtyard of the Prime Minister when Sayyidna Jafar al-Sadiq passed by her. It was 22nd of Rajab. He advised her to bake some breads of a special type and make ‘isal-al-sawab to him. According to this story, he promised her that if her desire is not fulfilled after this practice, she can catch hold of him at the doom’s day. On hearing this, the woman made a vow that if her husband will come back with a considerable wealth, she will observe the custom of “Koonda”. On the same day her husband, who was in another country, found a valuable treasure in the earth and came back with it to Madinah where he established himself as a rich man and started living in a magnificent castle. When his wife told the story to the wife of the Prime Minister, she disbelieved her and because of this disbelief, she and her husband, the Prime Minister, were punished by Allah. He was removed by the king from the prime minister-ship and was imprisoned in a jail and was ordered to be hanged. While being in the prison, the wife of the Prime Minister remembered that she had disbelieved the story of Jafar al-Sadiq told to her by her maidservant and their misery might be the punishment of their disbelief. On this point, she and her husband repented before Allah and made a vow to observe the custom of “Koonda”, if they are released from the jail. After they made such a vow, the whole scenario of the events changed suddenly. The king released the Prime Minister from the jail and reinstated him on his former position.

As it can be seen by any reasonable person, this story is totally forged on the face of it. The person who has coined this story did not even know that Madinah had never a king nor a Prime Minister. All the Muslim rulers were named as caliphs and had no Prime Minister at all. In the days of Umayyads, their capital was Damascus and in the days of Abbasids, their permanent seat was in Baghdad.

It is ironical that the story of such a woodcutter is not even known to anybody in Madinah, nor in any city of the Arab countries. No Arabic book has ever referred to it. It has no mention except in an Urdu book ‘Dastaan-e-Ajeeb’, the author of which is unknown. One can easily see that a custom based on such a fallacious and mythical story can never be an Islamic custom. Islam has always been far away from such superstitions.

Therefore, this baseless custom should completely be avoided by the true Muslims. Some historians have opined that in fact, this custom has been coined by some Shi’ites because the date of 22nd of Rajab is the date of the demise of Sayyidna Mu’awiyah whom they take as their biggest enemy. They took that date as a happy occasion and made the Sunni Muslims also to celebrate it on the pretext of the above mentioned story.

Be that as it may, it is evident that such customs have crept into the Muslim society by their long association with Hindus who commemorate different historical events of their religion in the like manner. The Muslims must be careful about these customs, because they are not only an invention of ignorance but also the imitation of non-Muslims in their religious rituals. No doubt the “‘isal-al-thawab’ to the soul of a deceased Muslim, and particularly to a pious person is not only permissible but also a commendable practice but the Shari’ah has not prescribed a particular date, nor a particular mode to do so. If someone wants to make “‘isal-al-thawab” to Sayyidna ‘Ali, Radi-Allahu anhu, or to Ja’far al-Sadiq, he can do it any day and by performing any act of worship, like Salat, fast, Sadaqah, dhikr etc. There is no reason why it should be restricted to a special type of meal or bread distributed on a particular date. What makes this practice worse is the fact that the people accustomed to this practice deem it as necessary as a fard (obligation); rather they treat it as more necessary than fard because they do not care to perform the obligatory Salat or to fulfill the rights of men obligated on them, but they are very strict and punctual to perform these activities. Moreover, if a person does not observe this practice, they reproach him and call him with bad names. Such behavior makes this custom a bid’ah which is condemned by the Holy Prophet   as a misguidance. Therefore, the Muslims must abandon all such practices and should not cling to it only because it has been the practice of their society for many years. A Muslim is supposed to follow the dictates of Shari’ah and not the practice of the society, if it violates any of its principles.

Conclusion

The upshot of the above discussion is that the Shari’ah has not prescribed any specific way to observe the month of Rajab or to perform a specific mode of worship or a ritual in any one of its dates. However, being a prologue to the month of Ramadan, it should be availed of for preparing oneself for Ramadan and one should pray Allah to make him reach the blessed month and to benefit from its unique merits.

90 % Of Americans Consume Salt Excessively: Research

Since the beginning of this Educational system, British rulers (who
formulated this system in subcontinent India) organized this system in
such a way that, this system could only produce the GOVERNMENT
SERVANTS, which is alive till today with all of its vigour.
If there is an example of any Scientist, Schollar or note able person,
it is because of its divine qualities, not due this educational
system. Any body who knows this reality, he/she sends his/her children
abroad for real education.
Perhaps this present Educational system could improve, but since this
monster of cheating (Copy culture in examinations) has been injected
in this system, it does not seem to be improved. This monster is
working like CANCER and AIDS. In this cheating system of examination,

Media (News Channels on TV, Newspapers, and Magazines), are playing a
vital role for the decline of moral values in common people. They
present the political persons and Bauru crates as SATAN.
And people see that, these SATANs have all the luxuries of the life
and they are above the law, so why don’t we do the same and have all
those facilities which these SATANs have.
Due to this propaganda, every common person says BAD to all these
SATANs, but actually, they try to become just like them, this causes
moral decline in Common people.
People say “NEGATIVE” to NEGATIVE, but do the same as those NEGATIVES.
The journalists and reporters, who expose the weaknesses of these
SATANs, they blackmail these SATANs, by offering them, NOT TO EXPOSE
all their Sins. These journalists and reporters gain personal benefits
along with financial benefits from these SATANs. (Because majority of
them do not get any remuneration from their News Channel or Newspaper)
A lot of these journalists and reporters are GOVERNMENT TEACHERS (PST
to College Lecturer), which never go to their school or college, but
draw the salaries continuously from Government.
NO ONE has the courage to bring them to duty.
To correct all these matters and solve these problems, Government can
play the vital role.
If all the politicians of Government side and Opposition side avoid
the corruption, favouritsm, nepotism, abide the law, and take
decisions on merit, this will definitely bring the whole nation on
righteous path.
In my view, to express the above background was very necessary to talk
about educational status and improvement.
Now we will discuss about the Injustice, blunders and incompetence in
Education Department.
After the devolution plan in 2001, District Government established,
NAZIMs came, new setup was developed and new posts were created; but
NO MERIT was used to fill them.
School teachers and Head Masters were posted on the posts of EDO, DOE
and ADOEs, who NEVER performed their duties on their original posts,
became FATHER OF THE NATION.
Who which had NO CAPABILITY to run their schools, were selected to
drive the District Education Department. Further more they were
awarded with extraordinary huge amount of money in shape of BUDGET for
development and office use, these people who never ever saw hundred
thousand at a time in life, so they fell down in full corruption and
misused their powers to earn MORE money.
These people were not only incompetent, but they had NO SENSE of rule
and regulations. They continuously violated and violating the laws and
rules to make money quickly.
They appointed the teachers (PST, JST, HST) without merit and in
excess, who do not perform their duties, but only draw the salaries
from Government, these teacher pay a part of their salaries to these
EDOs, DOEs and ADOEs.
Due to appointments by EDOs in excess, hundreds of ministerial staff
is unable to draw the salaries. But these EDOs got their appointment
order fees (Rs.60000 to 100000 for each post).
These EDOs, DOEs and ADOEs formulated VISA policy, according to which
hundreds of teachers are working on derailment, which never perform
their duties but give some amount of their salaries to these EDOs,
DOEs and ADOEs as VISA fee. (Empty Schools, Closed Schools)
No thought of Nation, No consideration for the future of the children,
no sense of duty, but there is only one contemplation that, how to be
rich by unfair means and how to get unclean money.
HOW CAN THE EDUCATION OF THIS COUNTRY BE IMPROVED?
Where teachers are not capable to deliver any thing to students,
Administration is not capable to manage the things, Low performance or
No performance teachers and administrators are posted/appointed.
There is NO CHECK BALANCE, every body (Teachers and Administrators)
are singing only one song continuously” ALL IS WELL”. This leads to
complete disaster of Education.
Training programs have become formalities to gain money only
(Beneficiaries are, Project Directors and concern staff of that
project, Master Trainers and Participants).
No body is trying to gain Knowledge, if a third party evaluate these
training programs/ projects; it will find that, this exercise is only
for gaining the money, not for knowledge.
In 2006 the Secretary Education and Literacy Department Government of
Sindh, Sayed Ghulam Ali Pasha took the best effort, to separate the
management cadre from teaching cadre.
He conducted a test in writing, 1350 Government officers of Grade
17-20 working under Education and Literacy Department Government of
Sindh participated in that test.
Out of 1350 Government officers of Grade 17-20, only 99 passed
(passing marks were 50% for Males and 40% for Females).
After that, 60 Officer were declared as successful in verbal
interview. (2 Additional Secretaries, 2 Deputy Secretaries, One
representative of USAID and Secretary Education were getting the
Interview)
That test was conducted to fill different posts in 15 projects and
programs, but the Chief Minister and Minister for Education (of that
time) did not agree with Secretary Education, so that whole the
exercise vanished badly).
After that, those post were filled with the Non eligible persons with
the recommendation of Chief Minister, Minister of Education and the
collation partners of Government. (Favouritism).The same policy is
still continued.
According to New Educational Policy 2009, it is decided that, the
Teaching and Management cadre will be separated; this is very
essential point of this new policy, if it is implemented (without any
favouritis, nepotism and bribe) the whole system will be saved.
To select the people for Management and Administration, Government can
follow the path of Ex- Secretary Education and Literacy Department
Government of Sindh, Sayed Ghulam Ali Pasha or can appoint through
public service commission.
Before getting the posting orders all the successful candidates should
take oath on Holy Quran that,” they will not get any type of BRIBE,
they will not do any type of favouritism, they will not misuse their
powers to harm any person due to personal grievances, and they will
not perform any illegal action on the basis of pressure or greed”.
After their posting Government should watch their activities
continuously and award the good performance officers, while bad
performance officers should be sent to their original postings with
warning or terminated from service.
Every good work of the officers should be supported, appreciated and
acknowledged.
Government should take care of the facilities of officers (Office,
Staff, Vehicle, contingency budget etc)
The salary and allowances officers should meet International Standard.
Additional allowances should be paid to these officers for their
additional skills.
To evaluate the performance of the officers, seminars should be
conducted on year basis, where every officer would present his/her
plans, efforts and achievements.
They should present their reports by themselves, so that other
officers can improve their performance and learn from each other.
Good performance officers should be awarded (shields and cash prize),
while bad performance officers should be warned.
To improve and enhance the capabilities of the officers’ compulsory
training programs should be conducted continuously, so that they can
deliver better in field. (Certificates of the course may be awarded on
test basis)
Every officer may be posted on a post for at least three years, until
he/she does not do any wrong thing.
No officer should be posted on political basis, nor replaced.
Recruitment of teachers may be through a non-local, neutral,
Professional third party; free from political influence, which will
definitely recruit the teachers on merit basis and according to the
rules.
Teachers’ recruitment should be on contract basis, which can be
regularized after three years on basis of good performance.
The attendance and performance of all the teachers may be checked by a
non local, neutral, Professional third party free from political
influence.
If still we do not take any effort to correct our Educational System,
we will definitely become the most illiterate and worst nation of the
world.

Genzano Flower Festival 2010

If you’re a flower enthusiast, and you happen to be in Rome, in the second week of June, you just have to visit the small town of Genzano, for its world famous Infiorata.

The Genzano Infiorata is a flower festival that can be traced back to 1778. Every year, local artists cover an entire street (Via Belardi) with intricate flower carpets, inspired by famous artworks, religious paintings or geometrical shapes. The flower carpets are made by talented local artists who have to stick to a previously agreed upon theme, like ‘The Colors of Michelangelo’ or ‘The Designs of Bernini’.

The Infiorata of Genzano begins with the harvesting of millions of flowers, 2-3 days before the event. They are stored fresh, in caves around Genzano, while the artists draw their masterpieces on the pavement of Via Belardi, for the Saturday parade.

Preceded by a ‘mini Infiorata’, where children from local schools create the flower carpets, the Infiorata ends on the Monday of the third week of June, when children are allowed to destroy the colorful artworks, by playing on them.

What makes our results so unique is that we had a very large sample size, and since we combined data across many studies, we had more statistical power to detect associations between cancer and coffee.’

Around 5,500 Britons are identified with cancers of the lips, tongue, tonsils, gum and other parts of the mouth every year, while 1,800 people pass away from the illness.

Ibn Mas`ud (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said,
“When three of you are together,
two of you must not converse privately
ignoring the third till the number increases,
lest the third should be grieved.”
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Commentary: 

This Hadith tells us that holding private counsel has been prohibited
for the reason that it hurts the feelings of the Muslim who is ignored; and to hurt
the feelings of a Muslim is a great sin indeed.

ALLAH, Subhanahu wa ta’ala, says:
“And those who annoy believing men and women undeservedly, bear on themselves the
crime of slander and plain sin.” (33:58)

Whispering of the two is permissible when all the three mix up in a crowd.

Then the two can speak to each other in confidence.

Thauban (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
Whenever the Messenger of Allah

(Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) concluded his prayer,
he would beg forgiveness from Allah thrice and then would recite:
“Allahumma Antas-Salamu, wa minkas-salamu, tabarakta ya Dhal-Jalali wal-Ikram
(O Allah, You are the Grantor of security, and security comes from You.
You are Blessing, O You Who have majesty and nobility)!”
(Imam) Al-Awza`i, one of the narrators of this Hadith, was asked:
“How forgiveness is to be sought?”
He answered:

“The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to say:
`Astaghfirullah! Astaghfirullah!
(I beseech Allah for forgiveness, I beseech Allah for forgiveness)’.”
[Muslim].

Abu Ayyub Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
“He who utters ten times: `
La ilaha illallahu,

wahdahu la sharika lahu,
lahulmulku wa lahulhamdu,

wa Huwa `ala kulli sha’in Qadir
(there is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has
no partner with Him. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise,
and He is Omnipotent),’
he will have a reward equal to that for freeing four slaves
from the progeny of Prophet Isma`il.”
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Commentary:
“Slaves from the progeny of Isma`il” is a simile for very
precious slaves. That is, it has the same reward to which
the emancipation of four very precious slaves is eligible.

Miracle of Masjid-e-Nabvi (PBUH)

This was a miracle happened around 90 years ago narrated by Sheikh Al-Zubaidi.

A person tried to demolish the Dome of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) –  Masjad Al Nabawi (Gumbad-e-Khizra).However, when some one climbed over the dome to start the demolition, a sudden Lightning struck him and the climber died at the spot and no one was able to remove his body from the top of the dome!!! 

It was also said that a pious man from Madina heard a voice in his dream that no one can take out the dead body from the Dome and that he should be buried their as a warning and a lesson for those who may think of attempting to demolish it in future!!! 

Finally, they decided to bury the man right there on the dome and to cover his body with a green box so it won’t be visible to p people.

Alphabetical Extracts of Dos and Don’ts from the Quraan

Dawah: Preach / Debate: Muslim Always do Preach:

Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining (order) what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it was best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors. (Al_Quraan_003.110)

(To order, you need to be in Ministries, parliaments, courts, polices, defense systems and other law and order enforcement agencies. If you don’t fulfill your duties, then misleading people will destroy the whole system)

O ye who believe! Save yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is Men and Stones, over which are (appointed) angels stern (and) severe, who flinch not (from executing) the Commands they receive from Allah, but do (precisely) what they are commanded. (Al_Quraan_066.006)

So verily thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call, when they show their backs and turn away. Nor canst thou lead back the blind from their straying: only those wilt thou make to hear, who believe in Our Signs and submit (their wills in Islaam). (Al_Quraan_030.052 – 053)

What! do you enjoin men to be good and neglect your own souls while you read the Book; have you then no sense? (Al_Quraan_002.044)

The example of those who were given the Torah, then failed to observe (practice) it, is like the donkey (ass) carrying great works of literature. Miserable indeed is the example of people who rejected GOD’s revelations. GOD does not guide the wicked people. (Al_Quraan_062.005)

INVITE to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Islam) with WISDOM and fair preaching, and argue (Debate) with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided.”(Al-Quraan_016.125)

O Messenger! deliver what bas been revealed to you from your Lord (as is); and if you do it not, then you have not delivered His message, and Allah will protect you from the people; surely Allah will not guide the unbelieving people. (Al_Quraan_005.067)

And do not argue (dispute) with the followers of the Book except by what is best, except those of them who act unjustly, and say: We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you, and our Allah and your Allah is One, and to Him do we submit. (Al_Quraan_029.046)

O you who believe! why do you say that which you do not do? (Al_Quraan_061.002)

Day of Judgment: Muslim is Always Ready for the Day of Judgment:

Are they waiting until the Hour (Day of Judgment) comes to them suddenly? All the signs thereof have already come. Once the Hour comes to them, how will they benefit from their message? (Al_Quraan_047.018)

When the sun is overthrown, And when the stars fall, And when the hills are moved, And when the camels big with young are abandoned, And when the wild beasts are herded together, And when the seas rise, And when souls are reunited, And when the girl-child that was buried alive is asked For what sin she was slain, And when the pages are laid open, And when the sky is torn away, And when hell is lighted, And when the Garden is brought nigh, (Then) every soul will know what it hath made ready. (Al_Quraan_081.001-014)

And when Our clear revelations are recited unto them their only argument is that they say: Bring (back) our fathers. Then, if ye are truthful. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Allah giveth life to you, then causeth you to die, then gathereth you unto the Day of Resurrection whereof there is no doubt. But most of mankind knows not. And unto Allah belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and on the day when the Hour riseth, on that day those who follow falsehood will be lost. And thou wilt see each nation crouching, each nation summoned to its record. (And it will be said unto them): This day ye are requited what ye used to do. This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded. (Al_Quraan_045.025-029)

Death:

Every soul will (must) taste of death, then to Us you will be brought back. (Al_Quraan_029.057)

Thus, you should not grieve (cry) over anything you miss, nor be proud of anything He has bestowed upon you. GOD does not love those who are boastful, proud. (Al_Quraan_057.023)

Death of Disbelievers:

Who is then more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah or rejects His communications? (As for) those, their portion of the Book shall reach them, until when Our (Angelic) messengers come to them causing them to die, they shall say: Where is that which you used to call upon besides Allah? They would say: They are gone away from us; and they shall bear witness against themselves that they were unbelievers (Al_Quraan_007.037)

And who is more unjust than he who forges a lie against Allah, or says: It has been revealed to me; while nothing has been revealed to him, and he who says: I can reveal the like of what Allah has revealed? and if you had seen when the unjust shall be in the agonies of death and the angels shall spread forth their hands: Give up your souls; (Al_Quraan_006.093)

Debt / Loan:

If the debtor is in a difficulty, grant him time Till it is easy for him to repay. But if you remit it by way of charity, that is best for you if you only knew. (Al_Quraan_002.280)

Then give to the near of kin his due, and to the needy and the wayfarer; this is best for those who desire Allah’s pleasure, and these it is who are successful. (Al_Quraan_030.038)

O you who believe! when you deal with each other in contracting a debt for a fixed time, then write it down; and let a scribe write it down between you with fairness; and the scribe should not refuse to write as Allah has taught him, so he should write; and let him who owes the debt dictate, and he should be careful of (his duty to) Allah, his Lord, and not diminish anything from it; but if he who owes the debt is unsound in understanding, or weak, or (if) he is not able to dictate himself, let his guardian dictate with fairness; and call in to witness from among your men two witnesses; but if there are not two men, then one man and two women from among those whom you choose to be witnesses, so that if one of the two errs, the second of the two may remind the other; and the witnesses should not refuse when they are summoned; and be not averse to writing it (whether it is) small or large, with the time of its falling due; this is more equitable in the sight of Allah and assures greater accuracy in testimony, and the nearest (way) that you may not entertain doubts (afterwards), except when it is ready merchandise which you give and take among yourselves from hand to hand, then there is no blame on you in not writing it down; and have witnesses when you barter with one another, and let no harm be done to the scribe or to the witness; and if you do (it) then surely it will be a transgression in you, and be careful of (your duty) to Allah, Allah teaches you, and Allah knows all things. (Al_Quraan_002.282)

Deeds are NOT Transferable: Benefits or Punishments are NOT Transferable:

You will get reward of what you yourself used to do. (Al_Quraan_036.054, 045.028)

Don’t get confused with following Ayaat. Here the Topic is Janaaza, the last honor.

And never offer prayer (Salaat-ul-Janaaza) for any one of them who dies and do not stand by his grave; surely they disbelieve in Allah and His Messenger (SAW) and they shall die in transgression. [Al_Quraan_009.084]

It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards the East and the West, BUT righteousness is this that one should believe in Allah and the last day and the angels and the Book and the prophets, and give away wealth out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and the beggars and for (the emancipation of) the captives, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate; and the performers of their promise when they make a promise, and the patient in distress and affliction and in time of conflicts– these are they who are true (to themselves) and these are they who guard (against evil). (Al_Quraan_002.177)

Deeds or Beard: Ranks According to their Deeds Not Beard:

And all have degrees (or ranks) according to their deeds (what they do); and your Lord is not heedless of what they do. (Al_Quraan_006.132)

Defense / Jihaad / Holy War: Muslim Never Stops doing Jihaad:

There is NO Compulsion in Religion….. (Al_Quraan_002:256)

And if they incline to peace, then incline to it and trust in Allah; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Al_Quraan_008.061)

If ye go not forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place. (Al_Quraan_009.039)

Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly. (Al_Quraan_008.060)

Allah forbids you not, with regard to those who fight you not for (your) Faith nor drive you out of your homes, from dealing kindly and justly with them: for Allah loveth those who are just. (Al_Quraan_060.008)

When there comes the help of Allah and the victory, And you see men entering the religion of Allah in companies, Then celebrate the praise of your Lord, and ask His forgiveness; surely He is oft-returning (to mercy). (Al_Quraan_110.001-003)

When angels take the souls of those who die in sin against their souls, they say: “In what (plight) were ye?” They reply: “Weak and oppressed were we in the earth.” They say: “Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to move yourselves away (From evil)?” Such men will find their abode in Hell, - What an evil refuge! - (Al_Quraan_004.097)

And those who emigrated (leave their homes) for Allah’s sake after they are oppressed, We will most certainly give them a good abode in the world, and the reward of the hereafter is certainly much greater, did they but know; Those who are patient and on their Lord do they trust. (Al_Quraan_016.041-042)

O my bondmen who believe! Lo! My earth is spacious. Therefore serve Me only. How many are the creatures that carry not their own sustenance? (Al_Quraan_029.056-060)

(If Kafir stops you from offering Prayers then migrate, Allah’s earth is spacious. Do not worry about sustenance  (rizk). Now let us see how Muhammad (SAW) implemented this. As you know Muhammad (SAW) migrated from Makkah al-Mukarramah ( مكة المكرمة) to Madina and never ever think to return. This is the Great secret of migration, so Allah has given such a great reward by turning Makkah al-Mukarramah ( مكة المكرمة) into the center place for all Muslims. In brief, no fighting for the land)

And not alike are the good and the evil. Repel (evil) with what is best, when lo! he between whom and you was enmity would be as if he were a warm friend. And none are made to receive it but those who are patient, and none are made to receive it but those who have a mighty good fortune. And if an interference of the Shaitan should cause you mischief, seek refuge in Allah; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Al_Quraan_041.034-036)

But why were there not among the generations before you those possessing understanding, who should have forbidden the making of mischief in the earth, except a few of those whom We delivered from among them? And those who were unjust went after what they are made to enjoy of plenty, and they were guilty. (Al_Quraan_011.116)

Deposits / Trust:

Surely Allah commands you that you restore deposits to their owners, and, if you judge between mankind, that you judge justly. Surely Allah admonishes you with what is excellent; surely Allah is Seeing, Hearing. (Al_Quraan_004.058)

Differences:

If you DIFFER in anything (Faith, Salaat, Sayaam, Zakaat, etc.) amongst yourself, then REFER to Allah and his Messenger, if you really believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for determinations. [Al_Quraan_004.059]

O followers of the Book! come to an equitable proposition (common terms / logical agreement) between us and you that we shall not serve any but Allah and (that) we shall not associate aught with Him, and (that) some of us shall not take others for lords besides Allah; but if they turn back, then say: Bear witness that we are Muslims. (Al_Quraan_003.064)

And obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel (fall into no disputes) for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart, and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient. (Al_Quraan_008.046)

Disasters: a Test - or - Punishment:

Whenever We sent a Prophet (Informer / Warner) to a town, We took up its people in suffering and adversity, in order that they might learn humility. (Al_Quraan_007.094)

As for those who disbelieve, disaster ceaseth not to strike them because of what they do, or it dwelleth near their home until the threat of Allah come to pass. [Al_Quraan_013.031]

But why were there not among the generations before you those possessing understanding, who should have forbidden the making of mischief in the earth, except a few of those whom We delivered from among them? And those who were unjust went after what they are made to enjoy of plenty, and they were guilty. Your Lord never annihilates any community unjustly, while its people are righteous. (Al_Quraan_011.116-117)

Allah Saved only those Who were doing Dawah:

But why were there not among the generations before you those possessing understanding, who should have forbidden the making of mischief in the earth, except a few of those whom (ONLY) We Saved ( from harm)? And those who were unjust went after what they are made to enjoy of plenty, and they were guilty. (Al_Quraan_011:116)

It is NOT only Duty of Scholars to do Dawah (Tell the TRUTH about the Message of Allah), to save the whole world from Disasters. A single Scholar may not do door to door Dawah to tens of millions of people. It is DUTY on EVERY Single Muslims to do Dawah with Wisdom. As an example, I included at the end, “My Way of Dawah“. Do some dialog and give them Quraan, if they are really interested and give the address of Scholars to contact for more clarifications.

Disobeying Husband: Muslim Woman Never Disobeys her Husband:

The righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband’s) absence what Allah would have them guard. (Al_Quraan_004.034)

Dividing into Sects: Muslim never Divides into Sects:

As for those who divide their religion and break up into sects, thou hast no part in them in the least: their affair is with Allah: He will in the end tell them the truth of all that they did. (Al_Quraan_006.159)

(All) people are a single nation; so Allah raised prophets as bearers of good news and as warners, and He revealed with them the Book with truth, that it might judge between people in that in which they differed; and none but the people of the book who were given it differed about it after clear arguments had come to them, revolting among themselves; so Allah has guided by His will those who believe to the truth about which they differed and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right path. (Al_Quraan_002.213)

And obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel (fall into no disputes) for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart, and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient. (Al_Quraan_008.046)

If you DIFFER (Faith, Salaat, Sayaam, Zakaat, etc.) in anything amongst yourself, then REFER to Allah and his Messenger, if you really believe in Allah and in the Last Day. That is better and more suitable for determinations. [Al_Quraan_004.059]

And strive for Allah with the endeavor, which is His (Allah’s) right. He (Allah) has chosen you and has imposed no difficulties (hardship) on you in religion. It is the faith of your father Abraham (PBUH) (is yours). It is He (Allah) Who named you Muslims, both before and in this (Scripture), that the Messenger may be witness against you, and that you may be witness against mankind. So establish regular Prayer (Worship), pay the poor due (Charity), and hold fast to Allah. He (Allah) is your Protecting Friend. A blessed Patron and a blessed Helper. [Al_Quraan_022.078]

(Don’t Call yourself Shiaa, Sunnee, Berelvee, Deubandee, Ahle-Hadees etc, Just call yourself Muslims, since Allah named you as Muslims)

O you who believe! be careful of (your duty to) Allah with the care which is due to Him, and do not die unless you are Muslims. And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited, and remember the favor of Allah on you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favor you became brethren; and you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it, thus does Allah make clear to you His communications that you may follow the right way. (Al_Quraan_003.102-103)

And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them, and these it is that shall have a grievous chastisement. (Al_Quraan_003.105)

None can dispute about the Signs of Allah but the Unbelievers. Let not, then, strutting about through the land deceive thee! (Al_Quraan_040.004)

Divorce / Separation: How to do Divorce: 

How to Avoid Divorce: Keep giving positive smile and true love to your spouse. After all, your spouse is a human being and may do mistakes, so keep forgiving him.

The righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband’s) absence what Allah would have them guard. (Al_Quraan_004.034)

Forgiveness is the key element to avoid Divorce and Allah loves it.

Anger is the Root of all Major Problems including Divorce:

… But consort with them in kindness, for if ye hate them it may happen that ye hate a thing wherein Allah hath placed much good. (Al_Quraan_004.019).

Because of Anger a person may get stroke, heart attack, blood pressure, diabetes and many other dangerous diseases. So do you want to take any of those diseases because of the anger or do you want to give any of those diseases to your spouse because of the anger? Remember if any of you gets a single disease like that the whole family suffers and the kids suffer the most.

Also a person may do many crimes in anger, like unjust and divorce. So, would you like to get the divorce due to that anger and make your children suffer or other unjust? Remember unjust is very dangerous. Since Allah already warned that any one who do unjust he is a Disbeliever (Ref: Al_Quraan_005.044).

A wife may be in the state of CURSE BY ANGELS till her husband comes out of his anger. Also during in the state of anger all their worships might not be accepted.

… Cause him to sleep in ANGER; the angels will curse her till morning (Bukhari Vol-4, Book-54, Hadith-460).

There may be some women and children who are men’s enemy, BUT women and children must AVOID to be in that group, since those may go to HELL for ever and ever only because of that silly act.

O ye who believe! Lo! Among your wives and your children there are enemies for you, therefore beware of them. And if ye efface and overlook and forgive, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al_Quraan_064.014)

Spouses must have love and mercy among them. Anger is not a love and mercy or rest.

And of his signs is this: He created for you helpmeets from yourselves that ye might find rest in them, and He ordained between you love and mercy. Lo, herein indeed are portents for folk who reflect. (Al_Quraan_030.021)

Possible Solutions to Anger:

Seek refuge in Allah, ask Allah for forgiveness and forgive and hug your spouse with love. It is human nature to become angry BUT don’t be angry from your spouse for more than 3 minutes, think positive and remember his kindness to help to forget the anger. Give SMILE and HUG with love and say sorry as well. May Allah protect all us from ANGER. AMEEN.

Women may take Separation: Women are not Slave:

And if a woman fears ill usage or desertion on the part of her husband, there is no blame on them, if they effect a reconciliation between them, and reconciliation is better, and avarice has been made to be present in the (people’s) minds; and if you do good (to others) and guard (against evil), then surely Allah is aware of what you do. (Al_Quraan_004.128)

You are only allowed to Divorce, if she does not obey you according to Islaamic Laws. Also you are not allowed to keep her forcefully, if she does not want to live with you.

Step 1:            First try to resolve verbally with talks and warn your wife.

Step 2:            If still your wife does not obey you under Islaamic Laws then leave them alone in their bedroom and don’t share the bed for some periods.

Step 3:          Final step is to beat them lightly, till she starts obeying you or you decided to do Divorce. Like, if a kid is doing wrong, you slap him, in such a way that he don’t do it again. Not on the face and don’t even try to break the bone, just for lesson.

Step 4:            If still problem is not resolved, then you give First Divorce (Tillaaq) and declare it to close relatives of both sides.

Step 5:            Keep your wife in your home, till she fulfills her term (Iddat). During this time you have right to forgive her and starts sharing bed. This will be First Divorce.

Step 6:            If still the problem is not resolved then, you need to repeat Step1 through Step 5. Second or Third Time.

After Third time Divorce she will not be Halaal for you at all.

Divorce by Cooling off:

If one is silently separated even inside his home and not reconciling with his wife for four months, and his intention is to divorce on this separation, then it will count as one divorce. That is one of the main reason why many scholars do not recommend on working out of station and living there for more than three months without any valid reason. So try to find the work where you live with your family or at lease you can visit them within three months.

Those who intend to divorce their wives shall wait four months (cooling off); if they change their minds and reconcile, then GOD is Forgiver, Merciful. (Al_Quraan_002.226)

Men protectors and maintainers of Women:

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband’s) absence what Allah would have them guarded. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill conduct, admonish them (first), (next) refuse to share their beds, (and last) beat them (lightly). But if they return to obedience, seek not against them means (of annoyance). For Allah is Most High, Great (above you all). (Al_Quraan_004.034)

Responsibilities for close Relatives & Friends:

If you feel that there is some problem going on with husband and wife then, at least one person from husband side and one person from wife side should sit together and try to resolve all the issues.

And if ye fear a breech between them twain (the man and wife), appoint an arbiter from his folk and an arbiter from her folk. If they desire amendment Allah will make them of one mind. Lo! Allah is ever Knower, Aware. (Al_Quraan_004.035)

Halaala: No Marriage is Marriage if it is temporary for fixed period of time.

In Islaam, marriage is a blessed permanent contract between a man and a woman for the whole life, in which each becomes “permitted” to the other, and they begin the long journey of life in a spirit of love, cooperation, harmony and tolerance, where each feels at ease with the other, and finds tranquility, contentment and comfort in the company of the other. The Quraan has described this relationship between men and women, which brings love, harmony, trust and compassion, in the most moving and eloquent terms:

Since Halaala is a Marriage for fixed period of time, ranging from few minutes to several years, so it is invalid and it is like Rape (Zina). Marriages are with Love, while Divorces are with Hate. No sincere husband can divorce her loving wife with love.

Sincere Advise to Sisters:

Be careful with the man made rules of Halaala (Temporary Marriage) and protect every sister from getting raped by this man made rules.

Waiting: Waiting Period for Women after Divorce or Death of a Husband.

Why Iddat (waiting period)?
 
And the divorced women should keep themselves in waiting for three courses; and it is not lawful for them that they should conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the last day; and their husbands have a better right to take them back in the meanwhile if they wish for reconciliation; and they have rights similar to those against them in a just manner, and the men are a degree above them, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Al_Quraan_002.228)
 
From the above Ayah, it very clear that the main perpose of the Iddat is to wait and see if she is pregnent or not. Waiting Period (Iddat) is variable according to cases. Also it is advised that people shoud hold the division of the Inheritance in case, the wife of the deceased could be pregnant. In this way we also will come to know if she delivers the boy/s or girl/s.

The Only Reason for Waiting Period & NOT the House Arrest:

Divorced Women or Widows might need to go for work otherwise they might loose their jobs or they might need to pick and drop their little kids from school, or they might need to fulfill other lawful duties. The main reason for waiting period is to show off what if they might have concealed and NOT the House Arrest. They already are in Great Loss and Suffering. Please do NOT torture them any more by putting them in House Arrest.

O you who believe! when you marry the believing women, then divorce them before you touch them, you have in their case NO TERM which you should reckon; so make some provision for them and send them forth a goodly sending forth. (Al_Quraan_033.049)

And divorced women should keep themselves in waiting for three menstruations; and it is not lawful for them that they should CONCEAL what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the last day; and their husbands have a better right to take them back in the meanwhile if they wish for reconciliation; and they have rights similar to those against them in a just manner, and the men are a degree above them, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Al_Quraan_002.228)

As for the women who have reached menopause, if you have any doubts, their interim shall be three months. As for those who do not menstruate, and discover that they are PREGNANT, their interim ends upon giving birth. Anyone who reverences GOD, He makes everything easy for him. (Al_Quraan_065.004)

After Divorce:

And divorced women should keep themselves in waiting for THREE menstruations; and it is not lawful for them that they should conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the last day; and their husbands have a better right to take them back in the meanwhile if they wish for reconciliation; and they have rights similar to those against them in a just manner, and the men are a degree above them, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Al_Quraan_002.228)

Divorce is up to Two times:

Divorce may be (pronounced) TWICE, then keep (them) in good fellowship or let (them) go with kindness; and it is not lawful for you to take any part of what you have given them, unless both fear that they cannot keep within the limits of Allah; then if you fear that they cannot keep within the limits of Allah, there is no blame on them for what she gives up to become free thereby. These are the limits of Allah, so do not exceed them and whoever exceeds the limits of Allah these it is that are the unjust. (Al_Quraan_002.229)

And when you divorce women (up to two times) and they reach their prescribed time, then either retain them in good fellowship or set them free with liberality, and do not retain them for injury, so that you exceed the limits, and whoever does this, he indeed is unjust to his own soul; and do not take Allah’s communications for a mockery, and remember the favor of Allah upon you, and that which He has revealed to you of the Book and the Wisdom, admonishing you thereby; and be careful (of your duty to) Allah, and know that Allah is the Knower of all things. (Al_Quraan_002.031)

NOT Lawful After Third Time Divorce:

So if he divorces her (for the THIRD time), she shall not be lawful to him afterwards until she marries (Permanently) another husband; then if he divorces her there is no blame on them both if they return to each other (by marriage), if they think that they can keep within the limits of Allah, and these are the limits of Allah which He makes clear for a people who know. (Al_Quraan_002.030)

And when you have divorced women and they have ended– their term (of waiting), then do not prevent them from marrying their husbands when they agree among themselves in a lawful manner; with this is admonished he among you who believes in Allah and the last day, this is more profitable and purer for you; and Allah knows while you do not know. (Al_Quraan_002.032)

And the mothers should suckle their children for two whole years for him who desires to make complete the time of suckling; and their maintenance and their clothing must be– borne by the father according to usage; no soul shall have imposed upon it a duty but to the extent of its capacity; neither shall a mother be made to suffer harm on account of her child, nor a father on account of his child, and a similar duty (devolves) on the (father’s) heir, but if both desire weaning by mutual consent and counsel, there is no blame on them, and if you wish to engage a wet-nurse for your children, there is no blame on you so long as you pay what you promised for according to usage; and be careful of (your duty to) Allah and know that Allah sees what you do. (Al_Quraan_002.033)

And (as for) those of you who die and leave wives behind, they should keep themselves in waiting for FOUR months and TEN days; then when they have fully attained their term, there is no blame on you for what they do for themselves in a lawful manner; and Allah is aware of what you do. (Al_Quraan_002.033)

And those of you who die and leave wives behind, (make) a bequest in favor of their wives of maintenance for a year without turning (them) out, then if they themselves go away, there is no blame on you for what they do of lawful deeds by themselves, and Allah is Mighty, Wise. (Al_Quraan_002.040)

Waiting Period for Un-Touched Women:

O you who believe! when you marry the believing women, then divorce them before you touch them, you have in their case NO TERM which you should reckon; so make some provision for them and send them forth a goodly sending forth. (Al_Quraan_033.049)

Dower: Muslim Man Always tries to Pay Dower to his Wife:

And give the women (on marriage) their dower as a free gift; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, Take it and enjoy it with right good cheer. (Al_Quraan_004.004)

O ye who believe! It is not lawful for you forcibly to inherit the women (of your deceased kinsmen), nor (that) ye should put constraint upon them that ye may take away a part of that which ye have given them, unless they are guilty of flagrant lewdness. But consort with them in kindness, for if ye hate them it may happen that ye hate a thing wherein Allah hath placed much good. (Al_Quraan_004.019)

Drinking: Alcohol: Muslim Never Drinks Intoxicants (Alcohol):

O ye who believe! Intoxicants (Alcohol) and gambling, (dedication of) stones, and (divination by) arrows, are an abomination, - of Satan’s handwork: eschew such (abomination) that ye may prosper. (Al_Quraan_005.090)

Duaa (Pray): Muslim Only asks Help from Allah:

And your Lord says: “Call on Me; I will answer your (Prayers). (Al_Quraan_040.060)

(Ask directly from Allah for all help. No need to do shirk. Only Ya Allah Help)

After all we are human being and may be wrong on some point, so we need to make a very special Duaa:

O Allah! Guide us and help us. If I am wrong, O Allah! Correct me. If others are wrong, O Allah correct them. If we all are wrong, O Allah correct all of us. AMEEN.

”Rabbi Zidnee Aailmaa”. (O my Lord! Increase me in knowledge). Ref: Al_Quraan_020.114 AMEEN.

”Rabbishrah Lee Sadree Wayassir Lee Amree Wahlul AAuqdatan Min Lisanee Yafqahoo Qawlee”. (O my Lord! expand my breast; And ease my task for me; And loose the knot from my tongue; So they may understand what I say). Ref: Al_Quraan_020.025 – 028) AMEEN.

”Rabbana Hab Lana Min Azwajina Wathurriyyatina Qurrata aAAyunin WajjAAalna Lilmuttaqeena imamaan”. (O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous). Ref: Al_Quraan_025.074. AMEEN.

Duty of Rasool Allah (SAW):

…It is Thy duty ONLY to convey the message (unto them as is). (Al_Quraan_003.020)

But if they turn away, thy duty is only to preach the clear message. (Al_Quraan_016.082)

O Prophet (SAW) We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and a Warner, And as one who invites to Allah’s (Grace) by His leave, and as a Lamp spreading Light. (Al_Quraan_033.045 – 046)

Say: It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to right conduct. (Al_Quraan_072.021)

We sent not a Messenger, but to be obeyed, in accordance with the Will of Allah … (Al_Quraan_004.064)

O Messenger! Proclaim (all) the (Message as is) which hath been sent to thee from the Lord. If thou didst not, thou wouldst not have fulfilled and proclaimed His Mission. And Allah will defend thee from men (who mean mischief). For Allah guideth not those who reject Faith. (Al_Quraan_005.067)

Education: Muslim Always Learns at All Ages:

Read: In the name of thy Lord Who createth. (Al_Quraan_096.001)

Eesaal-e-Sawaab is an Innovation: Every Innovation is a Misguidance:

You will get reward of what you yourself used to do. (Al_Quraan_036.054, 045.028)

Elections: Those who Vote to NON-Islaamic Party May actually be Disbelievers:

Leader and Quality of a Leader: We Must Select our Leader:

And withhold yourself with those who call on their Lord morning and evening desiring His goodwill, and let not your eyes pass from them (always yes sir, till they follow the Quraan and Really Authentic Sunnah), desiring the beauties of this world’s life; and do not follow him whose heart We have made unmindful to Our remembrance, and he follows his low desires and his case is one in which due bounds are exceeded. (Al_Quraan_018.028)

Those who, should We establish them in the land, will keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and enjoin good and forbid evil; and Allah’s is the end of affairs. (Al_Quraan_022.041)

O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority (Leader) from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; this is better and very good in the end. (Al_Quraan_004.059)

Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will most certainly make them rulers in the earth as He made rulers those before them, and that He will most certainly establish for them their religion which He has chosen for them, and that He will most certainly, after their fear, give them security in exchange; they shall serve Me, not associating aught with Me; and whoever is ungrateful after this, these it is who are the. transgressors. (Al_Quraan_024.055)

O you who believe! be maintainers of justice, bearers of witness of Allah’s sake, though it may be against your own selves or (your) parents or near relatives; if he be rich or poor, Allah is nearer to them both in compassion; therefore do not follow (your) low desires, lest you deviate; and if you swerve or turn aside, then surely Allah is aware of what you do. (Al_Quraan_004.135)

We will, without doubt, Help our messengers and those who Believe, (both) in this world’s life and on the Day when the Witnesses will stand forth, (Al_Quraan_040.051)

What about those Muslim Rulers, who don’t implement the True Islamic Laws, how come they are Muslims? What about those who appoint them by giving vote in a democratic system, although there are others asking their support, so that they may be able to implement the True Islaamic System (Khilafa)? What about those who don’t go for vote where there is a democratic system, to elect someone who is promising to implement the True Islaamic System? As an example, suppose 3% of the population want the Islaamic System, but didn’t vote, 49% vote to the Non-Islaamic party while 48% vote to the Islaamic Party. Then Non-Islaamic Party will be in power only because of 3% of the people didn’t vote. Why there are so many divided Islaamic Parties?  Suppose that the majority of the people don’t want Islaamic System then, would you like to force the people or do Dawah and leave the rest on Allah? A Muslim can never vote to a Non-Islaamic party, while there are Islaamic Parties available. These things are extremely important and need TRUE Justice otherwise the corrupt Rulers will be appointed and will destroy the Nation. You must help those who are sincerely & peacefully trying to build the Khilafa (United States of Islaam).

REMEMBER: To Establish True Islaamic Sharia we need Good & Effective Planning.

Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining (order) what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah. If only the People of the Book had faith, it was best for them: among them are some who have faith, but most of them are perverted transgressors. (Al_Quraan_003.110)

(To order, you need to be in Ministries, parliaments, courts, polices, defense systems and other law and order enforcement agencies. If you don’t fulfill your duties, then misleading people will destroy the whole system, so don’t sit at home and help Allah by establishing his DEEN)

No Vote to an Islaamic Party is also a Vote to other party. Election is a kind of Baith (Promise, Agreement, Support) what Sahabaa used to have and it is a witness as well as a Justice. So be careful. It is also a Great Peaceful Jihaad to bring Islaamic System (Khilafa).

Enmity:

Certainly you will find the most violent of people in enmity for those who believe (to be) the Jews and those who are polytheists, and you will certainly find the nearest in friendship to those who believe (to be) those who say: We are Christians; this is because there are priests and monks among them and because they do not behave proudly. (Al_Quraan_005.082)

Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice. (Al_Quraan_060.008)

There is NO Compulsion in Religion….. (Al_Quraan_002:256)

And if they incline to peace, then incline to it and trust in Allah; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Al_Quraan_008.061)

Error / Contradictions:

Will they not then consider the Quraan with care? If it had been from other than Allah they would have found therein much discrepancy (Al_Quraan_004:082).

Surely We, even We, revealed the Reminder (the Quraan), and We verily are it’s Guardian (Al_Quraan_015:009).

Falsehood:

Do not mix up truth with falsehood and knowingly hide the truth. (Al_Quraan_002:042).

The likeness of those who were charged with the Taurat, then they did not observe (practice) it, is as the likeness of the ass (donkey) bearing books, evil is the likeness of the people who reject the communications of Allah; and Allah does not guide the unjust people. (Al_Quraan_062.005)

Woe to the defrauders (cheaters), (Al_Quraan_083.001)

Say: Come I will recite what your Lord has forbidden to you– (remember) that you do not associate anything with Him and show kindness to your parents, and do not slay your children for (fear of) poverty– We provide for you and for them– and do not draw nigh to indecencies, those of them which are apparent and those which are concealed, and do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except for the requirements of justice; this He has enjoined you with that you may understand. (Al_Quraan_006.151)

We need to remember that Saving a Life is like Saving the Whole World. (Ref. Al_Quraan_005.032).

And there is life for you in (the law of) retaliation (Qisaas), O men of understanding, that you may guard yourselves. (Al_Quraan_002.179)

They are lost indeed who kill their children foolishly without knowledge, and forbid what Allah has given to them forging a lie against Allah; they have indeed gone astray, and they are not the followers of the right course. (Al_Quraan_006.140)

O you who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the slain, the free for the free, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female, but if any remission is made to any one by his (aggrieved) brother, then prosecution (for the bloodwit) should be made according to usage, and payment (Qisaas) should be made to him in a good manner; this is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy; so whoever exceeds the limit after this he shall have a painful chastisement. (Al_Quraan_002.178)

If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are Unbelievers. (Al_Quraan_005.044)

(True Justice you need do at home, at work, in the court and in the assembly etc.)

And eat not up your property among yourselves in vanity, nor seek by it to gain the hearing of the judges that ye may knowingly devour a portion of the property of others wrongfully. (Al_Quraan_002.118)

Give full measure and full weight, in justice. (Al_Quraan_006.152)

O you who believe! be maintainers of justice, bearers of witness of Allah’s sake, though it may be against your own selves or (your) parents or near relatives; if he be rich or poor, Allah is nearer to them both in compassion; therefore do not follow (your) low desires, lest you deviate; and if you swerve or turn aside, then surely Allah is aware of what you do. (Al_Quraan_004.135)

And We prescribed to them in it that life is for life, and eye for eye, and nose for nose, and ear for ear, and tooth for tooth, and (that there is) reprisal in wounds; but he who foregoes it, it shall be an expiation for him; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the unjust. (Al_Quraan_005.045)

And the followers of the Injeel should have judged by what Allah revealed in it; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the transgressors. (Al_Quraan_005.047)

Fasting: Healthy Muslim Always Do Fasting During the Month of Ramadan:

O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you, even as it was prescribed for those before you, that ye may ward off (evil). (Fast) a certain number of days; and (for) him who is sick among you, or on a journey, (the same) number of other days; and for those who can afford it there is a ransom: the feeding of a man in need – but whoso doeth good of his own accord, it is better for him: and that ye fast is better for you if ye did but know -. (Al_Quraan_002.183-184)

Favor: Allah’s Favor has Already been Completed:

This day, I have Perfected your Religion for you and Completed my Favor unto you, and have chosen for you as Religion Al-Islaam. Whoso is forced by hunger, not by will, to sin: (for him) lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. [Al_Quraan_005.003]

(Allah’s Favor has already been completed on us, so no new miracle may happen)

Fear: No Fear to Believers (Friends of Allah):

Now surely the friends of Allah (Believers) — they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve. (Al_Quraan_010.062)

Those who believe and guarded (against evil): They shall have good news in this world’s life and in the hereafter; there is no changing the words of Allah; that is the mighty achievement. (Al_Quraan_010.063-064)

Fighting Between two Muslim Groups:

And if two parties of believers fall to fighting, then make peace between them. And if one party of them doeth wrong to the other, fight ye that which doeth wrong till it return unto the ordinance of Allah; then, if it return, make peace between them justly, and act equitably. Lo! Allah loveth the equitable. The believers are naught else than brothers. Therefore make peace between your brethren and observe your duty to Allah that haply ye may obtain mercy. (Al_Quraan_049.144)

And obey Allah and His Messenger and do not quarrel (fall into no disputes) for then you will be weak in hearts and your power will depart, and be patient; surely Allah is with the patient. (Al_Quraan_008.046)

And not alike are the good and the evil. Repel (evil) with what is best, when lo! he between whom and you was enmity would be as if he were a warm friend. And none are made to receive it but those who are patient, and none are made to receive it but those who have a mighty good fortune. And if an interference of the Shaitan should cause you mischief, seek refuge in Allah; surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. (Al_Quraan_041.034-036)

Food: Muslim Always Eats Halaal Foods:

Eat of (meats) that over which the name of Allah hath been mentioned, if ye are believers in His revelations. Eat not of (meats) on which Allah’s name hath not been pronounced. (Al_Quraan_006.118-121)

He hath only forbidden you dead meat (including naturally dead Fish, not the one which you caught live and then they die), and blood, and the flesh of swine, and that on which any other name hath been invoked besides that of Allah. But if one is forced by necessity, without willful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits, - then is he guiltless. For Allah is Oft-forgiving Most Merciful. (Al_Quraan_002.173)

[Eating] any Animal including Fish that dies itself [2:173, 6:145, 16:115]

[Eating] any Animal that has been strangled to death [5:3]

[Eating] any Animal beaten to death [5:3].

[Eating] any Animal that dies by falling from height [5:3].

[Eating] any Animal gored to death by horns [5:3].

[Eating] any Animal eaten by a wild animal unless you are able to slaughter it while it is still alive [5:3].

[Eating] any Animal that which is sacrificed on altars (devotional stones or blocks in shrines considered sacred) [5:3].

[Drinking] blood [2:173, 6:145, 16:115]

[Eating] the flesh of swine [2:173, 6:145, 16:115].

[Eating] anything (not just meat) that has been dedicated to anybody/anything other than Allah (such as an idol, grave or saint) [2:173, 6:121, 16:115].

[Eating anything on which Allah’s name has not be pronounced is also forbidden {5:4}]

Dividing the meat through raffling and games of chance {Azlaam} [5:3]

Forbidden Things, 13-Commandments and Boundary Limits:

Worship none but Allah; treat with kindness your parents and kindred, and orphans and those in need; speak fair to the people; be steadfast in prayer; and practice regular charity. Then did ye turn back, except a few among you, and ye backslide (even now). And remember we took your covenant (to this effect): Shed no blood amongst you, nor turn out your own people from your homes: and this ye solemnly ratified, and to this ye can bear witness. After this it is ye, the same people, who slay among yourselves, and banish a party of you from their homes; assist (Their enemies) against them, in guilt and rancor; and if they come to you as captives, ye ransom them, though it was not lawful for you to banish them. Then is it only a part of the Book that ye believe in, and do ye reject the rest? But what is the reward for those among you who behave like this but disgrace in this life? - And on the Day of Judgment they shall be consigned to the most grievous penalty. For Allah is not unmindful of what ye do. (Al_Quraan_002.083-085)

Forbidden unto you (for food) are carrion and blood and swineflesh, and that which hath been dedicated unto any other than Allah, and the strangled, and the dead through beating, and the dead through falling from a height, and that which hath been killed by (the goring of) horns, and the devoured of wild beasts, saving that which ye make lawful (by the death-stroke), and that which hath been immolated unto idols. And (forbidden is it) that ye swear by the divining arrows. This is an abomination. This day are those who disbelieve in despair of (ever harming) your religion; so fear them not, fear Me! This day, I perfected your religion for you and completed My favor unto you, and have chosen for you as religion Al-Islaam. Whoso is forced by hunger, not by will, to sin: (for him) lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al_Quraan_005.003)

Say: Come, I will recite unto you that which your Lord hath made a sacred duty for you: That ye ascribe no thing as partner unto Him (Shirk) and that ye do good to parents, and that ye slay not your children because of penury - We provide for you and for them - and that ye draw not nigh to lewd things whether open or concealed. And that ye slay not the life which Allah hath made sacred, save in the course of justice. This He hath commands you, in order that ye may discern. And approach not the wealth of the orphan save with that which is better, till he reach maturity. Give full measure and full weight, in justice. We task not any soul beyond its scope. And if ye give your word, do justice thereunto, even though it be (against) a kinsman; and fulfill the covenant of Allah. This He commandeth you that haply ye may remember. And (He commandeth you, saying): This is my straight path, so follow it. Follow not other ways, lest ye be parted from His way. This hath He ordained for you, that ye may ward off (evil). (Al_Quraan_006.151-153)

13-Commandments:

Thy Lord hath Commanded that,

1>      You will worship none but Him,

2>      And that you will be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honor. And, out of kindness, lower to them the wing of humility, and say: “My Lord! Bestow on them thy Mercy even as they cherished me in childhood.” Your Lord knows best what is in your hearts: If you do deeds of righteousness, verily He is Most Forgiving to those who turn to Him again and again (in true penitence).

3>      And give to the relatives their due rights, as (also) to those in want, and to the wayfarer: But squander not (your wealth) in the manner of a spendthrift. Verily spendthrifts are brothers of the Evil Ones; and the Evil One is to his Lord (himself) ungrateful. And even if you have to turn away from them in pursuit of the Mercy from thy Lord, which you dose expect, yet speak to them a word of easy kindness.

4>      Make not your hand tied (like a niggard’s) to thy neck, nor stretch it forth to its utmost reach, so that you become blameworthy and destitute. Verily your Lord does provide sustenance in abundance for whom He pleases, and He provides in a just measure. For He does know and regard all His servants.

5>      Kill not your children for fear of want: We shall provide sustenance for them as well as for you. Verily the killing of them is a great sin.

6>      Nor come near to adultery: for it is a shameful (deed) and an evil, opening the road (to other evils).

7>      Nor take life - which Allah has made sacred - except for just cause. And if anyone is slain wrongfully, we have given his heir authority (to demand Qisaas or to forgive): but let him nor exceed bounds in the matter of taking life; for he is helped (by the Law).

8>      Come not near to the orphan’s property except to improve it, until he attains the age of full strength;

9>      And fulfill (every) Promises, for (every) Promises will be enquired into (on the Day of Judgment).

10>    Give full measure when you measure, and weigh with a balance that is straight: that is the most fitting and the most advantageous in the final determination.

11>    And follow not that of which you have no knowledge; for every act of hearing, or of seeing or of (feeling in) the heart will be enquired into (on the Day of Reckoning).

12>    Nor walk (proudly) on the earth: for you cannot rend the earth asunder, nor reach the mountains in height. Of all such things the evil is hateful in the sight of your Lord. These are among the (precepts of) wisdom, which your Lord has revealed to thee.

13>    And do not associate any other god with Allah lest you should be thrown into hell, blamed, defeated. (Al_Quraan_017.023-039)

Establish regular prayer, enjoin what is just, and forbid what is wrong: and bear with patient constancy whatever betide thee; for this is firmness (of purpose) in (the conduct of) affairs. And swell not thy cheek (for pride) at men, nor walk in insolence through the earth; for Allah loveth not any arrogant boaster. And be moderate in thy pace, and lower thy voice; for the harshest of sounds without doubt is the braying of the ass. (Al_Quraan_031.117-119)

Forbidden to you are your mothers and your daughters and your sisters and your paternal aunts and your maternal aunts and brothers’ daughters and sisters’ daughters and your mothers that have suckled you (regardless of age) and your foster-sisters and mothers of your wives and your step-daughters who are in your guardianship, (born) of your wives to whom you have gone in, but if you have not gone in to them, there is no blame on you (in marrying them), and the wives of your sons who are of your own loins and that you should have two sisters together, except what has already passed; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al_Quraan_004.023)

And all married women except those whom your right hands possess (this is) Allah’s ordinance to you, and lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication. Then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely Allah is Knowing, Wise. (Al_Quraan_004.024)

And whoever among you has not within his power ampleness of means to marry free believing women, then (he may marry) of those whom your right hands possess from among your believing maidens; and Allah knows best your faith: you are (sprung) the one from the other; so marry them with the permission of their masters, and give them their dowries justly, they being chaste, not fornicating, nor receiving paramours; and when they are taken in marriage, then if they are guilty of indecency, they shall suffer half the punishment which is (inflicted) upon free women. This is for him among you who fears falling into evil; and that you abstain is better for you, and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Al_Quraan_004.025)

Force:

There is NO Compulsion in Religion….. (Al_Quraan_002:256)

Also it is not only true for the disbelievers, BUT also for the different sects that your believe is with you and my believe is with me.

“To you is your religion, and to me is my religion.” (Al_Quraan_109:006)

Also Remember that both Musaa (pbuh) and Khizr (pbuh) were prophets and obeyed Allah BUT disagreed on some of their mission. So we might differ in our missions to help the world, BUT our goal to obey Allah is same. You might be obeying Allah, according to what you understand and I am also obeying Allah according to what you understand. It is time to UNITE not DIVIDE.

(All) people are a single nation; so Allah raised prophets as bearers of good news and as warners, and He revealed with them the Book with truth, that it might judge between people in that in which they differed; and none but the people of the book who were given it differed about it after clear arguments had come to them, revolting among themselves; so Allah has guided by His will those who believe to the truth about which they differed and Allah guides whom He pleases to the right path. (Al_Quraan_002.213)

Forgiveness: Muslim Always asks for forgiveness from Allah:

If any of you did evil in ignorance, and thereafter repented, and amend (his conduct), lo! He is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. (Al_Quraan_006.054)

And return to your Lord time after time and submit to Him before there comes to you the punishment, then you shall not be helped. And follow (practically) the best that has been revealed (Quraan) to you from your Lord before there comes to you the punishment all of a sudden while you do not even perceive; Lest a soul should say: O woe to me! for what I fell short of my duty to Allah, and most surely I was of those who laughed to scorn; Or it should say: Had Allah guided me, I would certainly have been of those who guard (against evil); (Al_Quraan_039.054-057)

And You shall avoid open and secret sin; surely those who earn sin shall be recompensed with what they earned. (Al_Quraan_006.120)

If you avoid the great sins which you are forbidden, We will do away with your small sins and cause you to enter an honorable place of entering. (Al_Quraan_004.031)

Are they waiting until the Hour (Day of Judgment) comes to them suddenly? All the signs thereof have already come. Once the Hour comes to them, how will they benefit from their message? (Al_Quraan_047.018)

O you who believe! turn to Allah a sincere turning; maybe your Lord will remove from you your evil and cause you to enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, on the day on which Allah will not abase the Prophet and those who believe with him; their light shall run on before them and on their right hands; they shall say: Our Lord! make perfect for us our light, and grant us protection, surely Thou hast power over all things. (Al_Quraan_066.008)

Fortuneteller or Astrologer: Muslim cannot be Astrologer or Fortuneteller:

Then, when We decreed (Solomon’s pbuh) death, nothing showed them his death except a little worm of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff: so when he fell down, the Jinns saw plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would Not have tarried in the humiliating Penalty (of their Task). (Al_Quraan_034.014)

Verily the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah (Alone). It is He Who knows rain, and He Who knows what is in the wombs. Nor does any one (including Messengers) know what it is that he will earn on tomorrow: nor does any one (including Messengers) know in what land he is to die. Verily with Allah is full knowledge and He is acquainted (with all things). (Al_Quraan_031.034)

Men ask thee concerning the Hour: say, The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone): and what will make thee understand? Perchance the Hour is nigh. (Al_Quraan_033.063)

Say (O Muhammad (SAW), to the disbelievers): I say not unto you (that) I possess the treasures of Allah, nor that I have knowledge of the Unseen; and I say not unto you: Lo! I am an angel. I follow only that which is inspired in me. Say: Are the blind man and the seer equal? Will ye not then take thought? [Al_Quraan_006.050]

Say (O Muhammad (SAW): I have no power over any good or harm to my self except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the Unseen, I should have multiplied all good and no evil should have touched me: I am but a Warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have Faith. [Al_Quraan_007.188]

O ye who believe! Strong Drink (Intoxicants), gambling, idols and divining arrows are only an infamy of Satan’s handiwork. Leave it aside in order that ye may succeed. [Al_Quraan_005.090]

Fraud / Scam:

Shall I inform you (of him) upon whom the Shaitans descend? They descend upon every lying (false), sinful one, They pretend to listen, but most of them are liars. (Al_Quraan_026.221-223)

And whoever commits a fault or a sin, then accuses of it one innocent, he indeed takes upon himself the burden of a calumny and a manifest sin. (Al_Quraan_004.112)

This is that he might know that I have not been unfaithful to him in secret and that Allah does not guide the device of the unfaithful. (Al_Quraan_012.052)

Friday Prayers: Muslims (Men and Women) Always Tries to offer Friday Prayers:

O ye (Men and Women) who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly), haste unto remembrance of Allah and leave your trading (business). That is better for you (Men and Women) if ye (Men and Women) did but know. And when the prayer is ended, then disperse in the land and seek of Allah’s bounty, and remember Allah much, that ye (Men and Women) may be successful. (Al_Quraan_062.009-010)

(There is No such thing like Weekly Holiday in Islaam. So Work, Work and Work)

Friends:

Here we need to understand the meaning of the following few words:

Auliyaa = Protectors or Helpers

Rafeeq = Friends

Think of which one is more closer, the one who is a Friend or the one which is in a marital relationship. Remember that Allah allowed us to marry with women of the people of the book (True Christians or Jews Women). Actually Allah allows us to have friendship and keep in contact with the people of the books. Islaam prevailed during peace not war. Remember the TREATY OF HUDAYBIYAH, after which Islaam prevailed tremendously in Makkah not before. We need positive attitudes.

This day (all) the good (Clean/Halaal) things are allowed to you; and the food (Clean/Halaal) of those who have been given the Book is lawful for you and your food is lawful for them; and the chaste women from the believers and the chaste women (True Jews or Christen Believer Women) from among those who have been given the Book before you (are lawful for you); when you have given them their dowries (Mahr), taking (them) in marriage, not fornicating nor taking them for paramours in secret; and whoever denies faith, his work indeed is of no account, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers. (Al_Quraan_005.005)

… you will certainly find the nearest in love (friendship) to those who believe (to be) those who say: We are Christians; this is because there are priests and monks among them and because they do not behave proudly. (Al_Quraan_005.082)

And when they (who call themselved Christians) hear what has been revealed to the messenger (saw) you will see their eyes overflowing with tears because of the truth that they recognize; they say: Our Lord! we believe, so write us down with the witnesses (of truth). (Al_Quraan_005.083)

Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice. (Al_Quraan_060.008)

O ye who believe! Choose not disbelievers for (your) auliyaa (protectors and helpers) in place of believers. Would ye give Allah a clear warrant against you? (Al_Quraan_004.144)

O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and Christians for auliyaa (protectors and helpers). They are protectors one to another. He among you who taketh them for protectors is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk. (Al_Quraan_005.051)O ye who believe! Choose not for auliyaa (protectors and helpers) such of those who received the Scripture before you, and of the disbelievers, as make a jest and sport of your religion. But keep your duty to Allah if ye are true believers. (Al_Quraan_005.057)

Your wali (protectors and helpers) can be only Allah; and His messenger (saw) and those who believe, who establish worship and pay the poor due, and bow down (in prayer). (Al_Quraan_005.055)

Allah will condemn him to the fire of Hell
and will forbid Jannah for him.”
